Senior Graphic Designer

XTB is a global investment platform that's been growing for over 20 years across 13 key markets in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, serving more than 2.5 million clients. They're looking to strengthen their creative team by hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join their Global Marketing department. Responsibilities

Create and oversee consistent visual concepts for global and local marketing campaigns

Work closely with marketing and branding teams to design materials that align with brand strategy

Ensure all creative work complies with brand guidelines and visual identity standards

Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative/design roles
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Ability to design for motion (thinking in moving images) and collaborate effectively with motion designers
• Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration
• Initiative, creativity, and meticulous attention to quality
• Knowledge of current trends in visual communication and marketing
• Familiarity with AI tools (bonus)
• DTP experience is a nice-to-have but not required
