Your role
• Develop and maintain features across the full stack - within a geographically
distributed, domain-oriented microservices platform.
• Take ownership of the features you build - from implementation and testing
through to release - and help keep your services easy to change and update
later.
• Take part in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback on design, readability,
and maintainability, and growing your judgment on what matters beyond what
AI and linters already catch.
• Deliver high-quality code that is functional, well tested, and performant, and
apply the right level of engineering to the task at hand.
• Participate actively in planning, estimations, and refinements by working closely
with Product Owners, Team Managers, and other colleagues.
• Use AI-powered development tools in your daily work and stay current as they
rapidly evolve - we explore and adopt them together as a team.

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of commercial software engineering experience as a Fullstack Developer using C#/.NET and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of C#, .NET and backend application fundamentals.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Responsive Web Design, and modern frontend patterns.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code practices, with a genuine
care for code quality.
•Awareness of complexity as something to manage favoring simple interfaces and recognizing when code is becoming hard to follow.
• Ability to write SQL queries and work with relational databases.
• Practical experience with AI-powered development tools, and a genuine drive to stay current as the landscape changes.
• Self-reliance in daily work, paired with the willingness to ask for help and share knowledge with the team.
• Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Being an approachable, collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Nice To Have
• Experience with distributed services (multiple geographical regions).
• Interest in performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CQRS and Event Sourcing.
• Exposure to micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
pipelines (GitLab).
