Currently we are looking for a **Senior Analytics Engineer.**

- **Salary range:** 40 - 60 eur/h
- **Contract:** Freelance B2B
- **Start date:** ASAP
- **Engagement:** full-time, 2 months project with possibility to extend
- **Location:** Remote (based in Europe only)

#### What you'll do:

- Build the CDDP6 regulatory report based on the existing, already defined requirements.
- Design, develop and deploy production-grade dbt models and SQL transformations in Google BigQuery.
- Clarify requirements and edge cases directly with the Product Manager, acting as the main technical point of contact for the report.
- Follow Analytics Engineering standards, including modular SQL, automated testing and thorough documentation of models.
- Work independently and take ownership of delivery, with limited support from internal Analytics Engineering team.

**Requirements**

**Must Have:**

- Hands-on, production experience with **dbt**, specifically in **data modelling**: building scalable ETL pipelines and warehouse models (not limited to dashboarding or BI work).
- Advanced **SQL** skills, including complex transformations, performance optimisation and working with large datasets.
- Solid working knowledge of **Git** and **GitHub** (branching, pull requests, code reviews).

- Good spoken and written **English** for a cross-functional, international team.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery, which is the client’s core data stack.
- Experience with dbt modelling in the payments or fintech domain (strongly preferred).
- Background in regulatory reporting within the EU or UK, e.g. for the CSSF, FCA or Bank of Lithuania.
