We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake, ETL. This role requires a professional who can design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade reporting, analytics, and process automation solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

- Building end-to-end Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Creating data models and managing relationships between multiple data sources.
- Understanding star schema and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Developing DAX measures, calculated columns and KPIs.
- Performing data transformation and cleansing using Power Query (M Language).
- Creating interactive visualizations and storytelling dashboards.
- Report optimization and performance tuning - FlowViz

SKILLS

Must have

- Strong hands-on Power BI experience (5+ years)
- Snowflake architecture and core concepts.
- Loading and ingesting data from different sources (Including Raw data)
- Data transformation and preparation within Snowflake.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
- Working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, etc.).
- Performance optimization basics (clustering, partitioning concepts, query performance).
- Writing complex queries using: o Joins (Inner, Left, Right, Full) o Subqueries o CTEs (Common Table Expressions) o Window functions o Aggregations and grouping o Case statements
- Query optimization and troubleshooting.
- Data quality validation and reconciliation.
- Ability to transform, clean and prepare data for reporting.

Nice to have

• Azure DevOps experience or similar tools experience. • Ability to identify manual processes and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency, data quality and reporting reliability
