With a global presence, it is recognized for its focus on digital innovations and sustainability initiatives, offering customers a wide range of products designed to meet diverse needs. **YOUR TASKS** - Design and lead the process of creating interfaces for mobile and web applications as well as design systems; - Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Translate business needs into intuitive and user-centered design solutions. - Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and corporate branding guidelines. - Continuously improve digital products based on user feedback, analytics, and business priorities. - Support the design and optimization of enterprise and customer-facing applications. ### **YOUR PROFILE** - **5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer** working on web and mobile applications. - Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of: User-Centered Design (UCD), Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Responsive Design, Accessibility (WCAG) - Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements. - Good understanding of front-end technologies, including: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js - Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI development. - Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS products, or customer-facing digital platforms is highly desirable. - Fluent English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken). **WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?** - Practical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform. - Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
